Since the 80's, Willem has been working as a certified Vision Coaching Professional who specializes in helping people cope with their VISION. As an expert in Vision, He coaches people in a way that utilizes both their sight and their 'vision in life' or dealing with specific issues. He first learned about vison coping with hard learning because of visual problems. It was a struggle to move past it. Only after studies of Optics and Optometry and all specializations like Behavior and Functional Optometry and Light applications like Syntonic Optometry and Emotional Transformational Therapies that he finally took onto himself. He became from struggling his way to become a 'Hyper Functional' expert on vision, also thanks to an extreme motivation. The techniques he developed were so successful that the most extreme issues were dealt with.

The "Willem Vision Program"  helped even the blind seeing better, up to be able to function normally or top sporters reaching great success. Top Managers, even from the most exact and rational financial services gained so much with a hyper efficiency .
