HOW is VISION of any importance in the executive world ?
- Easy said, vision improvement makes you more money faster !
Look at it this way :
For any decision-making 'function', one requires to see its outcome to some degree.
So, how much better, and more forseeable an outcome can be in taking one road or another, VISION gets involved.
EFFICIENCY PAYS OFF !
eg: once I had a Swiss banker as a client going through the intensive seminar. He speeds up his reading more than tenfold (by his own experiences). This gave him the edge to read the thick contracts at a high speed and on a very high efficiency. It's about confidential contracts where a banker can make great profits. He went from two to three heavy contracts a week towards a load of ten. This gave the bank a staggering increase in revenue. If a company has a bottleneck situation where decisions
The LOGIC:
One sees sharp, focus rapidly, or maintain fixation, those are the fundamental skill sets of seeing clearly. To 'envision' with clearity, that is a whole other ballgame. The first and faremost important function is the 'visual awareness', and that can be diagnosed. Not only that, but the visual field of awareness can also be improved! See different perspectives of an outcome requires orientation, a fundamental vision function that can be trained.

THE requirements to take care of a well-trained vision :
The insight and motivation to invest to improve, that's it !
- And just in case, I happened to know exactly how ;)
THE EXECUTIVE VISION program starts with a conciousness about the impact of the visual condition. This will be clear and sound after an assessment. An intensive visual screening tells how you see or better, how you perceive information. You will have a fresh insight into your visual functions and what ithey tell about the strenghs and weaknesses. It will become clear where you have room for improvements.
The WILLEM EXECUTIVE VISION Program
We make first contact and set a date.
With a small screening, we know much more about the visual capacities and what to address to get in shape.
We set a plan.
Provide 3 to 5 days to experience a deep fix. It really is the best you can get to build that efficiency.
Idly in a nice, relaxed setting.
Day 1 :
1st Session is a complete vision screening, and check folowing:
Here are some examples of check ups, in a full exam much more will be examined.
1. Fine Vision Motor skills; Besides some like ocular persuets, playing balls , searching the orientation capacity, etc, and the next:
- Functional field of awareness: it tells how much one see, and that capacity tells all about the amount of
perceiving information concious.
- Stereoscopic vision: Or how well both eyes interact. (eg. when easy headaches after 3D goggles), this will show.
It tells all about flexibility, focus and fixation, and also color perception.
This translates into the speed of seeing, coordination, and attentionspan.
- Standard Eye exam: or aquity, (not immediately the most important) one needs to wair the most efficient
eyeglasses, which are not always the sharpest, but at best most integrated for both eyes.
2. Gross motor skills, like balance or crawling etc.
3. Cognitive skills like memory test.
4. Light Perception screening. It tells your color-preference and what it tells about the impact on your Autonomic nervous system, and the influence of your light perception to your whole awareness, both mental, fisical and emotional.
2nd session: after lunch.
it will be an introduction; we do some eye mobility exercises and some eye integration but also light stimulating techniques to strengthen sight.
3rd Session:
In the evening one more light stymulation. and a first feed back of the &st day.
DAY 2 (and next days):
3 Sessions with 2x about 10 exercises each, incl Light stymulations and 1 extra Light stymulation (short).
DAY 3 or 5:
Besides 3 more shorter Light sessions,
1st Session:
= Exam + the state of vision.
2nd Session:
= Explaining how to do a follow-up and how to stay in shape.
We could also just make an introduction, and follow the intro video [in production]
