Quick Fix
C.V.S. ( Computer Vision Syndrome)

What happens with long hours of screen work or recreational uses, is that we look near so much. Anything near, requires our eye muscles to focus, which keeps them active. Your eyes do daily marathons!
If we'd like to work for long hours, we need to take regular 'vision breaks' This means we should give our vison a break from time to time.
